本目录属于 bbav5_0502_Yang_Tihuan.7880 仓库；用于给「方法学 RAG」仓库（gene-family-mas-v2 等）打上进度回写补丁，

配合 apps/web/vue3/index.html 中的「正在进行阶段」展示。
|
|
|
|
在任意机器上执行（第二个参数为你的 RAG 仓库根目录）：
|
|
|
|
python3 contrib/methodology-rag-substage-progress/install_substage_progress.py /path/to/gene-family-mas-v2
|
|
|
|
成功后重启 RAG 的 FastAPI 进程。
|
|
|
|
若 RAG 与本项目在同一台机器，示例：
|
|
|
|
python3 /home/xia-lab/wutx/00test/bbav5_0502_Yang_Tihuan.7880/contrib/methodology-rag-substage-progress/install_substage_progress.py /home/xia-lab/gene-family-mas-v2
|
|
|
|
脚本可重复运行；已写入的片段会自动跳过。
