This working copy intentionally keeps some local data and history so the project can still be tested before release.

Do not publish these paths without a separate curation pass:

• .env
• .codex/, .agents/, .cursor/, .idea/
• input and workspace symlinks
• data/
• 项目记录/
• paper/
• memory/, memory_storage/
• logs/, cost_logs/, .runtime/, temp/, tmp/, outputs/, final/
• backup/, backups/
• generated benchmark, extension golden data, and local report outputs unless explicitly selected

Current release direction:

• Keep runtime compatibility first.
• Move secrets to environment variables and .env.example.
• Defer broad bbav5 to PlantAI code renaming until startup and one representative stage have been validated in the copied project.
