# Open Source Exclusion List

This working copy intentionally keeps some local data and history so the project can still be tested before release.

Do not publish these paths without a separate curation pass:
|

|

- `.codex/`, `.agents/`, `.cursor/`, `.idea/`
|
|
- `input` and `workspace` symlinks
|
|
- `data/`
|
|

|
|
- `paper/`
|
|
- `memory/`, `memory_storage/`

- `logs/`, `cost_logs/`, `.runtime/`, `temp/`, `tmp/`, `outputs/`, `final/`

- generated benchmark, extension golden data, and local report outputs unless explicitly selected

Current release direction:
|
|
|
|
- Keep runtime compatibility first.
|
|
- Move secrets to environment variables and `.env.example`.
|
|
- Defer broad `bbav5` to `PlantAI` code renaming until startup and one representative stage have been validated in the copied project.
