fix(ui): SourceRow 徽标宽度级联修正(特异性提升)

上一提交的 .ft-ico width:auto 与 base.css 的 .ft-item .ft-ico
width:16px 特异性同为(0,2,0),bundle 中后者后发胜出,徽标仍被
裁成 16px。改 .source-row .ft-ico 提升特异性,生产实测徽标宽度
16px→86px,完整显示 paper_id 截断文本,与标题 8px gap 零重叠。
