fix(extension): docker 镜像引用双后缀拼接——已含 tag 的自动镜像再补 suffix

build_command 无脑拼 {image}:{suffix};自动生成镜像名已含 tag
(bioflow-ext-<fp>:<suffix>)→ 拼成 a:b:b 非法引用,175 真实执行
exit 125 invalid reference format。修复:含冒号视为已带 tag,
不补后缀;用例 04 真实容器执行(自动镜像+解析脚本+过滤断言)通过。
