改造方向(P1–P6 落地):phase_a → build_all.sh + compile/*;compile_qa.sh → 参数化 ENTRY_SCRIPT + compile.manifest 白名单;phase_b → crypto/init_keys.sh(去供应商 RSA);phase_c → assemble/(去 TPM/license/Ollama);phase_f → kb/encrypt_kb.sh;plantai_core.py → crypto/(AES-GCM+SHA256)。server.env 旧路径由新 tooling.env 覆盖。
