fix(ui): 文献来源 SourceRow 徽标与标题重叠

Browse Source 
r4 #27 把徽标从序号换成 paper_id(12 字符+…),但 ft-ico 仍是
文件树时代的固定 16px——13 个 mono 字符溢出与 ft-name 重叠。
改自适应宽度(width:auto 覆盖 base.css 全局规则,min 16px/
max 96px + ellipsis 截断),badgeTitle 属性保留完整值。
