potaser de0b9f92be fix(review): EPS batch conversion in zip compile (v2) 
- v1 fell through because it required pre-converted PDF in zip
- v2: convert all .eps files post-extract via gs -dSAFER
- 15s timeout per file; fail per-file, not blocking
- Size guards: 20MB per file warning, 100MB total abort
- Conversion log written to output.log
- Verified on real MDPI official zip → 7-page PDF

v1 lesson: test sample had pre-converted PDF but real zip does not

potaser d99d5ef74a fix(review): replace presubmit recommendation quota with explainable rule engine 
- Remove '3-8 major' quota that made accept/minor_revision unreachable
- Add recommend_engine.py: rule-based R0-R5 + tier-parameterized judgment
- Journal tier (1/2/3) from journals.json review_tier field
- LLM no longer outputs recommendation; engine is single source of truth
- Rationale exposed in API and rendered in PresubmitPanel
- Weak draft still major_revision (R1); strong draft now minor_revision (R5)

根因:venv 在部署根 install/venv,BFF 必须 cd sdk 起 app.main:app——
cd sdk 后相对路径 venv/bin/python 解析成不存在的
install/sdk/venv/bin/python(setsid failed to execute,端口静默 DOWN)。
修正 5f 示例命令(cd 前解析绝对路径)并补老进程 socket 失效场景。

- 存量 bug 修复:FormData 字段名 file→code_zip;golden File→JSON+test_file;
  http size hint 兼容 code_zip 与多文件求和
- 测试:后端 334/334(新增 10 个变体用例),前端 122/373 全绿

2026-09-12 陷阱 6:176 整机重启后 start_all 只拉五服务,独立树
bioflow_service(8098)掉进程无告警——生信 TAB 静默消失
(TAB 显隐由 /api/bioflow/health 轮询驱动)。

- start_all 模板新增生信编排段:探测 install 同级
  bioflow/bioflow_service/restart.sh,存在则启动/重启并
  8098 探活(restart.sh 自带旧进程 kill+重启语义),不存在
  跳过;失败不阻断主服务。
- DEPLOY_FLOW §5.1 同步:生信首次部署与新机自动拉起区分。

验证:build_all.sh bash -n OK;生成的 start_all.sh 从 heredoc
提取后 bash -n OK。

- team_context: 8 镜像终态（含 panfamily 1.8G→bioflow-pan、r_de_analysis 1.6G→bioflow-rde）
